The agreement will be split into four (4) lots: - Lot 1: Low Tech Homecare Services - Lot 2: Mid Tech Homecare Services - Lot 3: High Tech Homecare Services - Lot 4: Remote Patient Monitoring and Virtual Wards. The duration of the Agreement will be 4 years with no option to extend.
