Dynamic Purchasing System -Temporary Accommodation

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking qualified providers/landlords to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), to provide temporary accommodation for homeless households. The values within this notice are for a 5+2 year period. The Council intends to award to providers via mini-competitions as detailed in the ITT Hillingdon's DPS for Temporary Accommodation The DPS has the below 4 lots Lot 1 - Spot purchase B&B rooms -Bed and Breakfast Lot 2 - Spot Purchase of Self-Contained Accommodation (Annexes) Lot 3 - Block Booking /Private Sector Leasing of B&B rooms and Annexes Lot 4 - Out of Hours Accommodation The Contract, shall continue in force for a period until 16 February 2027 with options to extend for a further two years until 16 February 2029.
